In addition to managing budgets, schedules, and logistics, I coordinated across departments to align creative and technical needs. On set, I handled day-to-day problem solving, talent and crew management, vendor negotiations, and ensured all moving pieces ran seamlessly. My role combined big-picture oversight with hands-on production support, allowing the director and creative team to focus fully on storytelling.

Season One

Role: Showrunner’s Assistant

I supported the showrunners of HBO’s House of the Dragon during Season One, providing direct production and creative assistance on one of the most anticipated television series of the decade. My role included managing scheduling and communications across departments, coordinating scripts and creative materials, and ensuring information flowed seamlessly between executives, writers, and production teams. Working at the heart of a large-scale, high-pressure production sharpened my ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve in real time, and help keep an ambitious show on track.

Finch | AppleTV+

Role: Director’s Assistant

I supported director Miguel Sapochnik on Finch, a feature film starring Tom Hanks, with a primary focus on post-production. My responsibilities included managing schedules, facilitating communication between editorial, VFX, and production teams, and assisting with the review and delivery of creative materials. Working closely with the director during post gave me firsthand experience in shaping story through the edit and ensuring a seamless workflow across departments on a studio feature.
